Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Sr. Project Quality Manager for a global FSP. The role manages quality across projects, emphasizing APQP, PPAP, and ISO 9001 compliance. You will lead diverse teams, drive risk assessments, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable quality improvements.

Hybrid work options are available; travel up to 25% in NA/Europe, with a strong focus on leadership, communication, and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• 7–10+ years of quality experience in ISO/TS manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of project leadership; strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP; Six Sigma and project management methods a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple projects across locations from ideation to completion.
• Define and implement APQP, PPAP and change-management practices within ISO 9001 framework.
• Lead quality teams, conduct risk assessments and drive improvements.
• Utilize JIRA to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support post-project reviews and disseminate lessons learned.
• Travel up to 25% for North America and Europe locations.
