BCLP in the United States seeks a Senior Partner Accountant to join the Partnership Accounting team. You will support partner finance, capital management, and reconciliations across currencies using Elite 3E, with close collaboration with Partners in the US and UK.

Qualifikationen

• Seven years of relevant experience in partnership accounting or a law firm.
• Experience with multi-currency reconciliations and Elite 3E.
• Demonstrable ability to interact with Partners and cross-border teams.

Aufgaben

• Partner services including calculation and processing of partner payments and preparation of partner statements.
• Maintain partner capital, including capital calls, loan finance drawdown and repayments.
• Assist with budgets and cash flows for partner remuneration and firm cash flow.
• Prepare partner journals and reconcile accounts to cash and accrual balances in Elite 3E.
• Induction and meetings with partners to review their financials.
• Coordinate with US and UK teams to ensure consistency and drive process improvements.
