BCLP is seeking a Senior Partner Accountant to join the Partnership Accounting team, overseeing partner payments, capital management and multi-currency reconciliations in Elite 3E. The role collaborates with US and UK partners and cross-functional finance groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a demanding professional services environment.

The ideal candidate has seven+ years in partnership accounting or law-firm finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of relevant experience in partnership accounting or law-firm finance.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced spreadsheet knowledge.
• Experience with multi-currency accounting and reconciliations aplus.
• Ability to work with partners and cross-functional teams in US and UK.

Responsibilities

• Partner services including calculating and processing partner payments and preparing partner statements.
• Maintain partner capital and manage annual capital calls, loan drawings and repayments.
• Assist with budgets and cash flows for partner remuneration and firm liquidity.
• Prepare partner journals and reconcile accounts to cash and accrual balances.
