Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant experience in a professional services or accounting practice.
• Experience in partnership accounting, ideally in a law firm.
• Advanced Excel and strong accounting controls.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process partner payments and prepare individual partner statements.
• Calculate, monitor and maintain partner capital and related movements.
• Assist with budgets and cash flows for partner remuneration and firm cash flow.
• Prepare partner journals and reconcile partner accounts to cash and accrual balances.
• Conduct inductions and meetings with partners to review financials.
• Collaborate with US/UK teams to ensure consistent processes and drive improvements.
• Support audit and accounting queries related to partners.
