Job summary

BCLP is seeking a Senior Partner Accountant to join the Partnership Accounting team in our Florida offices. The role supports global partnership accounting activities, including partner reconciliations, profit allocations, capital management and partner payments, working closely with colleagues in the US and UK.

The successful candidate will manage multi-currency reconciliations in Elite 3E, contribute to budgeting, and assist with process improvements within a fast-paced professional services

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years relevant experience in a professional services or accounting practice.
• Experience with partnership accounting, capital management and partner payments.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process partner payments and prepare individual partner statements.
• Monitor and maintain partner capital, including capital calls and repayments.
• Assist with budgets and cash flows for partner remuneration and firm cash flow.
• Prepare partner journals and reconcile partner accounts to cash and accrual balances.
