Qualifikationen

• Advanced clinical degree in nursing or midwifery.
• 10+ years' experience in clinical practice including reproductive health care.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience with international SRHR programs and humanitarian settings.
• Proven ability to train and supervise teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership to improve abortion and contraception care quality across programs and crises.
• Develop tools translating clinical updates into health services.
• Lead quality/regulatory processes for MVA and infection prevention.
• Support training for sites and partners on content and best practices.
• Lead or participate in research and dissemination of evidence.
• Analyze service delivery data and propose improvements.
