Job summary

AXS, a leader in live entertainment, seeks a Global Senior Financial Analyst to drive monthly consolidation and FP&A activities. You will partner with regional finance teams to ensure accurate close, build budgets, forecast trends, and deliver actionable insights for business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–6 years of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, consolidation, and/or accounting.
• Advanced Excel, modeling and PowerPoint skills; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly consolidation and close, review regional submissions and eliminations.
• Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Develop budgets and monthly forecasts with revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and key drivers.
• Provide insights to business leaders and present variance explanations in monthly/board meetings.
