• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own segment growth objectives including revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Translate customer insights and market dynamics into focused segment strategies.
• Collaborate with Business Fields, R&D, Commercial, and Strategic Accounts to shape roadmaps and launches.
