Required are a PhD in life sciences or chemistry and 5+ years in pharma R&D with demonstrated marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or chemistry with strategic thinking and cross-functional influence.
• Strong ability to present complex scientific content to diverse audiences.
• Experience across strategic and tactical marketing, market research, competitive intelligence, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies for the pharmaceutical market segment with growth targets and prioritised product areas.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with PDA, CES, R&D, Marketing Services, SCMT and Sales to execute campaigns.
• Provide global leadership and regional guidance for the pharma segment across regions.
• Train, coach, and mentor colleagues on segment marketing strategies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Promega’s culture and ethical standards.
