• PhD in life sciences or chemistry with 5+ years of pharma R&D experience and demonstrated strategic thinking.
• Ability to present and discuss scientific content at an advanced level.
• Experience across marketing communications, market research, distribution channels, competitive intelligence, and customer communications.
• Strong public speaking skills for external meetings, conferences, and organizations.
• Proven ability to analyze issues, think strategically and execute innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop Go-to-Market strategies for the Pharmaceutical Market Segment, including growth targets and prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with PDA, R&D, Marketing Services, and Sales to execute campaigns.
• Provide global leadership and regional guidance across regions, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Train, coach, and mentor colleagues on segment marketing strategies and best practices.
• Demonstrate compliance and integrate Promega culture and ESIs across activities.
