Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or directly relevant experience working within the life science segment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute segment or market strategies grounded in customer insight, competitive analysis, and business priorities.
• Proven track record of owning growth objectives — including revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer adoption — and driving measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority across complex, international organizations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for internal and external engagement activities.
