Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing market strategies and translating insights into growth opportunities.
• Relevant professional and leadership experience commensurate with scope.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Develop and lead the segment marketing strategy for the global Motion Control business.
• Build a robust market intelligence capability with market sizing, segmentation, insights, and competitive analysis.
• Lead the market and growth inputs into SBU strategic planning for priorities and investments.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and growth programs.
• Guide positioning, messaging, and pricing to differentiate the portfolio.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate market needs into opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Communications on engagement and demand generation.
• Identify whitespace, adjacent markets, and partnerships to support growth.
• Establish KPIs and rhythms to measure growth program effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Motion Control Segment Marketing team.
