Vylor, Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to join the Global System Effectiveness team within Global Seed Operations.

This six-month internship offers hands-on exposure to digital-transformation initiatives, project coordination, and process improvement across a global organization. You will support planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities, working with product leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a degree program such as business, project management, supply chain, operations, information systems, agriculture, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordinating, and tracking of digital-transformation initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, status reports, and action-item logs.
• Organize documentation and capture project decisions, owners, and due dates.
• Participate in meetings and capture decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Collect, organize, and report data related to project progress and process performance.
• Assist with process-mapping and identifying gaps or inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support execution.
• Prepare presentations and updates for stakeholders and project teams.
• Learn and apply project-management tools and best practices while contributing ideas.
