AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a global security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams. The role requires experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, cloud security, and scaled Agile in regulated environments.

You will coordinate USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods, drive milestones, manage 3–4 week cycles, and ensure timely remediation in collaboration with engineering teams. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams independently.
• 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs.
• Deep understanding of security architecture and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery of a security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across multiple regions.
• Track milestones from enablement to automated evidence attestation.
• Drive stakeholder expectations and align deliverables on short-horizon cycles.
• Lead remediation efforts with engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestones.
• Ensure governance and security controls compliance in regulated environments.
