AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a global security and vulnerability remediation program. You will manage multi-region enterprises, drive 3–4 week cycles, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the US, EU, LatAm, and India.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in complex IT programs, strong leadership, and expertise in vulnerability management, cloud architecture, and scaled Agile in regulated settings. This role offers flextime with remote/office options.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience managing multi-region enterprise IT programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Deep knowledge of security architecture and security controls.
• Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Management lifecycles and remediation.
• Cloud-agnostic experience across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24x7 delivery across USA, Europe, LatAm, and India pods.
• Track milestones from enablement to automated evidence attestation.
• Manage expectations with rapid 3–4 week cycles.
• Identify blockers and push for timely resolutions.
• Lead remediation efforts for vulnerabilities and config gaps.
• Provide executive visibility on velocity, budget burn-down, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with security controls in regulated environments.
