Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a global security remediation program. You will coordinate multi-region teams, manage vulnerabilities, and drive agile delivery with strong English communication.

Responsibilities include milestone tracking, stakeholder management, and ensuring governance in regulated environments across USA, EU, LatAm, and India. Authorization to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US (no sponsorship available)
• Strong leadership & communication skills for cross‑functional global teams
• 5+ years managing complex, multi‑region enterprise IT programs
• Deep understanding of security architecture and SCPM controls
• Solid experience with Vulnerability Management Lifecycles and remediation
• Cloud-agnostic experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) with no platform preference
• Expert application of scaled Agile in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 delivery across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods
• Track milestones from ASPM enablement to automated attestation
• Drive stakeholder alignment on short 3–4 week cycles
• Identify and resolve program blockers and dependencies
• Lead remediation efforts with engineering for timely fixes
• Provide executive visibility on velocity, budget burn-down, milestones
• Ensure governance compliance in heavily regulated environments
