Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills are required.
• 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs.
• Deep understanding of security architecture and SCPM controls.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management Lifecycles and remediation.
• Cloud-agnostic experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience applying scaled Agile in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 delivery across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods.
• Milestone tracking from ASPM enablement to evidence attestation.
• Drive expectations on 3–4 week delivery cycles.
• Identify, elevate, and troubleshoot program blockers and bottlenecks.
• Lead remediation on vulnerabilities and configuration gaps with engineering teams.
• Provide executive visibility into velocity, burn-down, and milestones.
• Ensure security controls alignment and governance in regulated environments.
