Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a global security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams. The role requires experience with vulnerability lifecycle management, cloud security, and multi-region enterprise IT programs in regulated environments.

You will oversee 24x7 delivery, milestone tracking, and proactive problem solving while ensuring strict security controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills are a baseline requirement.
• Five plus years managing multi-region enterprise IT programs.
• Deep understanding of security architecture and SCPM controls.
• Strong experience with vulnerability management lifecycles and remediation.
• Cloud-agnostic experience across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 delivery across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless execution.
• Track delivery of milestones from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation.
• Drive stakeholder expectations and align deliverables on short cycles (3–4 weeks).
• Identify and resolve technical program blockers and bottlenecks across teams.
• Lead remediation efforts of vulnerabilities and configuration gaps with engineering teams.
• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestones.
• Ensure governance and security controls alignment in heavily regulated environments.
