Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Security Technology Deployment Engineer to own validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security tech across its growing global offices. You will define installation standards, baselines, and deployment processes, ensuring security apps integrate with enterprise infrastructure and pass review before going live.

This role reports to the GSIS team. Collaborating with InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management, you’ll ensure scalable security platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience deploying enterprise physical security technology.
• Experience deploying across many sites in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to create repeatable deployment playbooks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Validate and deploy security platforms across all Anthropic locations.
• Build staging environments for pre-production testing of security apps, hardware, firmware, and configurations.
• Define installation standards, baselines, licensing structures, update procedures, and maintenance requirements.
• Deploy integrations between security applications with data sharing prior to production.
• Support InfoSec reviews and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate SSO integration with Identity Management and IT teams.
• Transition custom integrations to IT Engineering with documented requirements.
• Onboard deployed hardware into health monitoring platform for operational visibility.
• Develop standardized deployment playbooks, checklists, and handoff docs for repeatable installs.
• Evaluate scalability and identify capacity constraints before impact.
• Coordinate with Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Facilities for prerequisites.
• Handoff to Project Management, Break-Fix Support, and Access Control Administration with proper documentation.
