Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks a Security Technology Deployment Specialist to own validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security tech across locations. You will define standards, create playbooks, and ensure scalable, production-ready integrations with enterprise infrastructure.

You’ll partner with InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Facilities to clear prerequisites, shepherd tools through reviews, and integrate systems for secure, high-value inventory environments.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise physical security technology in a large or rapidly growing organization.
• Have run multi-site deployment programs end to end, coordinating installers, integrators and manufacturers.
• Bonus: scripting or automation skills (Python, PowerShell) to streamline configuration management.
• Experience working with InfoSec, IT, Networking, Infrastructure and Identity Management teams to onboard and integrate applications.
• Knowledge of security platforms (access control, video management, intercoms, visitor management, AI/analytics) and underlying infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Validate and deploy new and replacement security technology platforms across Fanatics Collectibles locations (access control, intercoms, video, visitor management, AI/analytics).
• Build and maintain staging environments for pre-production testing of security software and hardware.
• Define installation standards, baselines, licensing, updates and maintenance; create repeatable playbooks and templates.
• Deploy integrations between security applications and ensure data exchanges before production transitions.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, Networking, Infrastructure and Facilities to clear prerequisites and integrate platforms into the enterprise environment.
