Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Security Technology Deployment Engineer to own validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security tech across a growing office portfolio. You will define installation standards, baselines, and deployment processes, ensuring security apps pass reviews and integrate with enterprise infrastructure before going live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise physical security technology.
• Experience deploying security technology across many sites in a high-growth environment.
• Able to define deployment standards, baselines, licensing, update procedures, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Validate and deploy security platforms including access control systems, intercoms, video management, visitor management, and AI/analytics tools.
• Build and maintain staging environments for pre-production testing and validation of all security applications, hardware, firmware, and system configurations.
• Define installation standards, configuration baselines, licensing structures, update procedures, and maintenance requirements for every deployed security platform.
• Develop standardized deployment playbooks, checklists, configuration templates, and handoff documentation for repeatable installations.
• Coordinate with Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Facilities to ensure prerequisites are met prior to deployment.
• Coordinate SSO integration for newly deployed security applications with Identity Management and IT teams.
