Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, asset protection, loss prevention, security, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of CCTV or security systems preferred; ability to make sound decisions within established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor surveillance and monitor CCTV and other approved security systems for theft, fraud, safety, and physical security concerns.
• Deter and respond to external theft in accordance with company guidelines and authorized apprehension standards.
• Complete operational, safety, inventory control, cash handling, and physical security audits, as well as incident and audit documentation.
• Assist with inventory preparation, execution, and reconciliation, and support shrink awareness, store orientation, and training.
• Maintain professional relationships with store teams, mall security, and local law enforcement; identify trends and elevate concerns to GSRR leadership.
