Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Loss Prevention Associate to support asset protection, safety, and inventory control in a retail environment.

You will monitor floor activity, assist investigations, prepare reports, and partner with management to deter theft and promote policy compliance. Flexible day/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• CCTV monitoring knowledge preferred; ability to preserve confidential information.
• Ability to make sound decisions under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work day or evening hours, including weekends and holidays, stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift, and meet applicable licensing requirements.
