Pinkerton is seeking a Global Account Director to lead a major client’s security program from Redmond, WA. The role provides proactive strategic and operational direction, ensuring delivery of high‑quality customer service and innovative risk management programs on a global scale.

The Director will drive global program governance, establish best practices, and measure performance while coordinating with Pinkerton locations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five or more years of global senior security management experience
• Ability to lead across multiple global sites and functions
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior level

Responsabilités

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Serve as a key point of contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account.
• Evaluate service quality and initiate communications and/or corrective action in a timely manner.
• Develop and recommend innovative programs and initiatives to meet or exceed the client’s expectations.
• Initiate, coordinate, and assume responsibility for benchmarking and the identification of cost saving practices throughout the account.
