Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Security to shape and execute a global security strategy with a remote USA posture. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to strengthen risk management, incident readiness, executive protection, and travel security across regions.

Based in a flexible remote setup, the ideal candidate will lead security programs, guide crisis response, and align security with corporate objectives while managing multinational teams. Detroit-area familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 20+ years of security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or risk/security experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise security programs.
• Experience in multinational corporate environments with executive protection and travel risk programs.
• Advanced professional certifications (CPP, PSP, PCI) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the global security strategy and operations
• Conduct risk assessments and create security plans aligned with organizational goals
• Establish and standardize security policies across all regions
• Oversee facility security systems, including access control and surveillance
• Support crisis management and incident response for critical events
• Define executive protection strategies and travel security programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive security measures
