Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Security to shape and execute a global security strategy with a remote USA posture. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to strengthen risk management, incident readiness, executive protection, and travel security across regions.

Based in a flexible remote setup, the ideal candidate will lead security programs, guide crisis response, and align security with corporate objectives while managing multinational teams. Detroit-area familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 20+ years of security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or risk/security experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise security programs.
• Experience in multinational corporate environments with executive protection and travel risk programs.
• Advanced professional certifications (CPP, PSP, PCI) are a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Security - REMOTE USA to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape and execute a global security strategy that supports enterprise operations across multiple regions. The Director will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to strengthen risk management, incident readiness, executive protection, and travel security practices. This position is well suited for a seasoned security leader who can build consistent standards, guide teams through critical events, and align security programs with broader organizational objectives.

Location: Detroit, MI

Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 annually
