Job summary

Pinkerton | Comprehensive Risk Management seeks an Executive Protection Coordinator assigned to a specific client. You will lead the executive protection team, oversee day-to-day household operations, and ensure client safety through risk assessments, strategy development, and travel security planning.

This role requires coordinating with drivers and agents, managing schedules and budgets, training staff, and staying current with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security or risk management; five years of executive protection or high-threat security experience; Texas DPS Personal Protection Officer/Level IV license and TX LTC Permit or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Supervise executive protection team members and manage administrative duties including schedules, travel logistics, and timesheets.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities for the client.
• Develop, plan, and implement personal protection strategies tailored to the client.
• Coordinate with other security professionals to ensure seamless protection services.
• Communicate with the client and staff about planned procedures and precautions.
• Manage household staff and daily operations while maintaining high service standards.
• Serve as liaison between client and vendors; manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Train security personnel in executive protection techniques relevant to the client.
• Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to risk management.
• Manage the budget for executive protection operations and allocate resources effectively.
• All other duties as assigned.
