Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Site Security Business Partner to lead and coordinate security programs across major facilities, offices and labs. The role drives risk assessment, incident response, and governance with enterprise security leadership.

Experience: 7–10 years in security leadership, 5+ years of team management, and strong regulatory knowledge. The position requires on-site leadership in King of Prussia, PA and collaboration with CSL Plasma and global security teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of full-time security leadership experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of security operations management & best practices.
• Understanding of regulatory environments, analytics, intelligence, prevention.

Responsibilities

• Manage Global Security programs and processes (annual reporting, risk register, technology roadmap).
• Coordinate governance cadences and reports with Global Security leadership.
• Lead security crisis management, incident response and investigations as needed.
• Manage contracts with outside vendors; ensure readiness and training across sites.
