Job summary

CSL is seeking a Site Security Business Partner to lead local site security operations for major facilities, offices, and laboratories. You will implement strategy, manage budgets, and ensure continuous, high-quality protection of personnel and assets.

The role covers travel security, duty of care, event security, access control, and governance with vendors, while coordinating with Enterprise Security and senior management to align on risk and incident response.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of full-time security leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years leading teams or direct people management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security operations management and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply risk and security concepts.
• Working knowledge of regulatory environments, analytics, intelligence and preventative security measures.

Responsibilities

• Owns local site security operations activities related to protecting individuals, assets and property; ensures high-quality, uninterrupted security coverage.
• Develops, implements and manages site-level security processes, practices and policies; establishes calibrated standards and controls.
• Serves as local manager for security crises and incidents; coordinates with external vendors.
• Implements state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard personnel and assets including IP and trade secrets.
• Maintains organizational readiness through governance of global security programs and processes (annual reporting, risk register, technology roadmap).
• Collaborates on investigations; builds relationships with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Leads global security program governance cadences and report aggregation.
