Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Sr. Manager, Security Operations to lead the Global Security Operations team within its Information Security & Risk organization.

You will own the day-to-day running of detection and response, act as incident commander for security incidents, and partner with our 24/7 MSSP to ensure threats are identified and handled quickly. This hands-on leader will set operational objectives, grow a global team, and modernize how Security Operations works with AI and automation to speed

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and security incident response processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Addepar's Global Security Operations team.
• Act as incident commander for major security incidents and coordinate with MSSP.
• Define and track SecOps metrics and KPIs for leadership reporting.
• Drive post-incident follow-through and root-cause remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Modernize SecOps through AIOps and AI-driven automation to speed triage and response.
