Job summary

Caris MPI, Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the Corporate Security Operations Center, based in Irving, TX (or Phoenix, AZ). You will supervise badge access, monitor surveillance, and coordinate emergency response for Caris sites nationwide.

In this role you will perform reception duties when needed, assist in investigations, and support security staff with data entry, incident reporting, and compliance tasks, maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general internet use.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
• One to three years of security-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Corporate Security Operations Center for Caris sites nationwide.
• Manage badge access control and monitor surveillance systems.
• Assist in investigations and conduct routine security reviews.
• Provide back-up support for contract security personnel at HQ.
• Perform front desk/reception duties when needed and respond to emergencies.
