Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site or facility through the admittance process; assists visitors with entry.
• Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for hazards and security violations.
• Monitors entrances/exits and CCTV; directs individuals away from restricted areas.
• Prepares logs or reports and maintains documentation.
• Observes and reports incidents to client representatives or authorities.
• Responds to emergencies (fire, medical, bomb threat, etc.) following procedures.
