Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to deal with confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Able to maintain timelines and calm demeanor in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Operates the Corporate Security Operations Center for Caris, providing professional security assistance for all locations.
• Performs routine surveillance viewing nationwide and notes any errors or suspicious activity.
• Creates and assigns permanent and temporary badges nationally for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Performs reception duties at the front desk when relieving the receptionist.
• Acts as a first responder to render medical aid and dial 911 in an emergency.
• Assists in investigation reviews of video management and badge management systems.
• Performs site patrols and notes hazards or malfunctions; contacts appropriate personnel.
• Performs clerical duties to assist the Supervisor and Manager of Corporate Security.
• Reports to Manager, Corporate Security.
