Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an accomplished executive to own the Cisco and Security businesses globally. You will partner with regional leaders and vendor teams to set strategy and drive multi-year transformation that scales high-value solutions across cloud, data and AI, security, networking and services.

You will turn enterprise priorities into concrete growth actions, align stakeholders in a global matrix, and lead through influence to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10 to 15+ years of leadership experience with Cisco and the security industry.
• Strong channel sales and market-translation capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a global matrix.
• 15+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Cisco multi-year growth strategy aligned to TD SYNNEX's enterprise priorities.
• Define global strategy for Security, driving market growth and vendor-funded opportunities.
• Lead through influence across regions, vendors, and solution-area leaders to align priorities.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with leading Security vendors and partners.
• Establish a rhythm of business with executives and governance forums for momentum.
• Identify emerging market trends and portfolio opportunities for faster growth.
• Drive adoption of platforms and digital programs, including PartnerFirst, for scalable execution across Cisco and Security.
