Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America seeks an executive leader to own Cisco globally and steer the Security portfolio. The role partners with regional leaders, vendors, and country teams to set strategic direction, grow, evolve, and scale these businesses worldwide.

The role defines a multi-year transformation, aligns stakeholders, accelerates capabilities, and drives disciplined execution across regions and solution teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA in Security, Networking, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 10 to 15+ years of leadership experience with Cisco and security industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a CISCO multi-year growth strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Define and advance the global Security strategy across regions and vendor teams.
• Lead through influence in a global matrix, aligning regional presidents and country leaders.
• Build strategic relationships with Security vendors to accelerate transformation.
• Establish executive governance, reviews, and momentum toward growth objectives.
• Identify market trends and portfolio opportunities to outpace market growth.
• Drive adoption of platforms and programs, including PartnerFirst, for scalable execution.
