Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence to own global security programs across offices, fulfillment centers and partner sites. You will lead a 50+ person team of contracted security officers, oversee CCTV and access control, and drive proactive loss prevention using data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in security with data analytics, policy development, or program design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security and loss prevention metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends, loss patterns, root causes, and emerging risks.
• Build reporting frameworks that support data-driven resource allocation, vendor performance evaluation, and security investment decisions.
• Provide regular analytical reports to senior management on security posture, loss prevention outcomes, and program ROI.
• Author, maintain, and enforce global security and loss prevention policies, ensuring consistency across all Flexport locations and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement SOPs for key security scenarios (Active Shooter, Emergency Response, High Value Cage procedures, Product Disposal, etc.).
• Create site-level security plans for new and existing facilities, tailored to local risk profiles and operational requirements.
• Design and deliver training programs across physical security and loss prevention topics.
• Develop audit frameworks and LP checklists for site leads to execute on a recurring basis.
• Manage physical security programs across all Flexport facilities globally.
