Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Security Transport Coordinator to manage all Security and Loss Prevention functions at the assigned facility. You will assess policies, conduct audits, and coordinate investigations to reduce shrink and protect assets. The role requires travel up to 75% and strong collaboration with HR and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in a security or loss prevention environment with duties focused on investigation of fraudulent activities, security audits and development of awareness programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage security awareness programs to reduce losses and promote safety.
• Initiate investigations with Site Security Manager based on loss trends and reports.
• Conduct security audits and surveys to detect vulnerabilities or policy violations.
• Assist operations in action plans for compliance with security and safety measures.
• Build strong relationships with business operations and HR across the region.
