Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Security Transport Coordinator to manage security and loss prevention within the facility and support the protection of company assets. The role emphasizes conducting audits, initiating investigations, and building strong cross‑functional partnerships with HR and operations.

The position requires travel up to 75% and a focus on risk reduction. You will develop and deliver security awareness programs, coordinate with legal and internal teams, and produce reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in security or loss prevention with investigations, audits and awareness programs.
• Experience handling inquiries from customers, law enforcement, regulators or business community.
• Knowledge of and experience with security systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop security awareness programs to reduce fraudulent losses and promote safety.
• Initiate investigations with Site Security Manager based on loss trends and reports.
• Conduct security audits and surveys to identify vulnerabilities and policy violations.
• Assist field operations in creating action plans for compliance and safe environments.
• Cultivate relationships and build trust through fairness and openness.
• Develop security reports to inform regional leadership on security/loss prevention activities.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Internal Audit and other departments and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with business operations and HR across the region.
