You will own the global hardware and systems function, shaping strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management for access control, CCTV/VMS, IDS, and related platforms across sites worldwide. Qualifications

• BS in engineering/security management or related, preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise physical security systems (CCTV, access control, VMS).
• 5+ years of direct leadership across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Systems and Technology Organization globally.
• Develop strategy, roadmap, and standards for hardware and systems.
• Drive end-to-end integration of access control, CCTV, IDS, and related platforms.
• Mentor and develop the global Security Hardware Specialist team.
• Budget planning and performance metrics for the organization.
