Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Field Training Officer for PSOC AMER in a global guarding operations setting. You will coordinate onboarding, deliver training, and certify security personnel while maintaining training records and ensuring compliance.

The role requires travel about 50% and flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed, with a focus on safety, quality training, and collaboration with local leadership and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in security, business operations, or similar.
• 2+ years of training or instructional experience required; datacenter training preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel 50% and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing site, campus, and country‑level training.
• Train and certify new security personnel and conduct refresher training.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct training audits and prepare reports; handle confidential information professionally.
• Provide safety and compliance leadership and support development plans for officers.
