Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Field Training Officer to lead onboarding and ongoing training at a datacenter campus or metro location. You will certify new security personnel, deliver refresher training, and ensure compliance with security standards while maintaining training records.

The role involves frequent collaboration with campus and regional leadership, travel up to 50%, and a focus on safety, process improvement, and client liaison across regions.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required with 2+ years in security, operations, or training.
• Experience delivering training or instructional sessions is essential.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing training at site and regional levels.
• Train and certify security personnel and maintain training records.
• Run training audits, prepare reports, and handle sensitive information professionally.
