Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Field Training Officer in Mount Pleasant, WI. The role focuses on onboarding and sustaining training for security personnel supporting a global datacenter client.

You will certify new staff, coordinate with local leadership, and help implement safety and training programs. The position requires strong communication, error-free documentation, and the ability to work independently with occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred with experience in security/training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary training resource for onboarding and sustainment training.
• Train and certify new security personnel; assist with on-the-job tasks as needed.
• Perform ongoing training and evaluation to maintain high security standards.
