Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Field Training Officer- PSOC for the San Antonio area. You will serve as the primary training resource for onboarding and ongoing training at the site, campus, and country levels.

You will train and certify security personnel, maintain training records, and lead safety initiatives. Travel about 50% and flexibility with schedule are required. Associate degree and 2+ years training or security experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2+ years in security, operations, or a similar environment.
• 2+ years in training or instructional roles.
• Experience in datacenter environments preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Onboard and provide ongoing training at the site, campus, and country levels.
• Train and certify new security personnel and deliver refresher training.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and conduct training audits.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to develop site-specific training plans and schedules.
