Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Global Security to lead security strategy, risk management, and protective programs worldwide. The role is fully remote and reports to the Senior Director of Global EHS.

You will build world-class security programs, manage enterprise risk, and work with cross-functional teams to protect people, facilities, and operations across regions. Travel is required up to 40-60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant functional experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk & threat management.
• Establish security policies, standards, and operating models across regions and define a global security strategy.
• Standardize site security risk assessments and mitigation plans; oversee physical security systems and guard programs.
• Support crisis management, incident response, business continuity, and executive incident escalation for major events.
• Define and provide executive protection strategies and travel security program elements aligned with Danaher protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.
