Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director, Global Security to lead the company’s security strategy and operations across regions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global EHS, this role is fully remote within the Global EHS Team.

You will build world-class security programs including risk assessment, policy definition, crisis response, and executive protection, while partnering with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant functional experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk & threat management.
• Establish security policies, standards, and operating models across regions.
• Standardize site security risk assessments and mitigation plans; oversee physical security systems.
