Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Director, Global Security to lead our worldwide security strategy and operations, protecting people, facilities, and continuity. The role is fully remote and reports to the Senior Director of Global EHS, collaborating across EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
• 20+ years in security, law enforcement, military, or corporate risk/security.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy and operations across regions.
• Develop security policies and operating models across regions.
• Standardize site security risk assessments and oversee physical security systems.
• Support crisis management, incident response, business continuity, and executive incident escalation.
• Define executive protection and travel security program elements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.
