Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in security, risk/security.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy and operations across regions.
• Establish policies and operating models aligned to Danaher priorities.
• Oversee physical security, crisis management, travel security, and investigations.
• Provide executive protection strategies and travel risk programs.
• Collaborate with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.
