Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director, Global Security to lead the company’s global security strategy and operations, protecting people, facilities, assets, and business continuity across regions. The role is fully remote and reports to the Senior Director of Global EHS.

You will identify risks, establish policies, standardize risk assessments, and support crisis management, executive protection, and travel security aligned with Danaher protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy and operations.
• Develop policies and operating models across regions.
• Standardize security risk assessments and asset protection.
• Support crisis management, incident response, and business continuity.
• Define executive protection strategies and travel security programs.
