Job summary

EY seeks a Director of Global Lead Security Compliance & Enforcement to shape a proactive, enforcement-capable organization within Technology Assurance, Risk & Policy. You will set the multi-year roadmap, balance policy with business impact, and lead a distributed team to reduce risk and ensure audit-ready governance.

You will partner with CTOs and risk leaders to advance automation, monitoring, and remediation across frontier AI and DataGuard obligations, delivering measurable risk reductions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise security compliance, tech risk, or GRC environments.
• Experience leading distributed teams in a global matrix organization.
• Experience directing policy-compliance enforcement, non-compliance remediation, and risk acceptance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Security Compliance strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a globally distributed, capability-led organization to sustain GRC operations and talent succession.
• Own global policy compliance and the Non-Compliance Consequence Framework, including enforcement and escalation.
