Job summary

EY is seeking a Director to lead the Global Lead Security Compliance & Enforcement within Technology Assurance, Risk & Policy. You will shape strategy, governance, and remediation for enterprise-wide security compliance, partnering with executives to balance policy and business impact.

The role directs a global, distributed team, delivering risk insights, enforcement actions, and continuous improvement in AI and DataGuard obligations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cyber security, data risk, policy compliance, and GRC operations.
• Experience translating risk data into business decisions for executives.
• Ability to design global operating models and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global security compliance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a globally distributed organization to address high-risk exposures.
• Own policy compliance enforcement, backlog reduction, and risk acceptance.
• Build data-driven risk intelligence with dashboards and executive reporting.
